morphing doesn't work
I try to change the character with morphing but no changes happen. No option to change characters

You can try using the Refresh Slider function under the Help menu.

Then, in the Search field, make sure not to enter anything.

Hello! I downloaded all the morphs and any add-ons. I rebooted the computer. But it still doesn't work. What could be the problem?

Not sure if you downloaded the pack in iClone or Character Creator.

Reinstalling the pack in Character Creator should resolve the issue.

Some of our product content follows certain rules within the software, so some downloadable items might only be available when downloaded through a specific program.
