iClone and Character Creator doesnt open (run/launch)

After the latest update of my GPU's driver (version 436.15 for rtx 2080ti), iClone and Character Creator dont open(dont launch). Only the photo appears in the beginning but the softwares dont run.

Probably is a fault of the driver and i already contacted them. But I wanted to inform you about this cause Im not 100% sure.

If there is an easy fix for this and something I could do to launch the program please tell me.

Nvidia has released the 440.97 Game Ready driver On 2019.10.22, which have fixed the issue that will cause iClone 7 and CC 3 to crash while launching. However, the Studio driver have not update yet. For users who use Studio driver, might want to switch to the 440.97 Game Ready driver, or wait until the next Studio driver release.

Since this fix was made in the driver level, no iClone or CC updates are needed. Thank you for your patience to wait for such a long time.

I'm getting the same thing 431.60 is quite old as drivers go now, nVidia is now up to 436.48 is there no solution other than rolling back to a super old driver?

Maybe because the studio driver version(431) is old, Game Driver is 436.

Thanks for your fast response.
For anyone else finding this post, there are two different types of drivers. "Game Ready" and "Studio". You can switch between them in your GeForce Experience driver interface... Just switch to the "Studio" drivers and it allows you to open iClone and Character Creator just fine.

Hi, ahingel,

Please roll back your display driver to either the 431.60 game ready driver or the 431.70 studio driver for now, they will all work. We have reported this issue to nVidia and are working on it to find a solution.
