I intalled the latest versions of iClone 7 (7.8), 3DXchange (7.7) and Character Creator 3 standard (3.3). 3DXchange and Character Creator 3 both load with no issue. iClone 7 I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and I get the same error every time. It occurs after getting the Please Wait message when trying to load iClone 7.

1. Rename iClone Plugin folder,folder path as below:
C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 7\Bin64\Plugin
2. Download the zip file with the link below

3. Double click the "WER_ON.reg" to enable the dump and log recording.
4. Launch iClone.
