iClone 7.2 crash when i am trying to add video in background

My system specifications are:
- Intel Core i7 CPU 2.40GHz
- 8 GB RAM
- NVIDA GeForce 820M
- Intel HD Graphics 5500

I can make Head in CrazyTalk 8 pipeline, then add outfits on Character Creator 2, then add background images in iClone but when i am trying to add videos in background in iClone 7.2 then iClone 7.2 gets crashed. "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly...."

OS: Windows 10

We have recently release 7.21 patch, it should fix issue.
Please give it a try. (In iClone's menu bar: help ➔ check for update should show you the download page.)
If it still doesn't work, let us know.
