The hub will not install as user or administrator. Updated Windows and Intel, turned off DEP, unblocked in properties, allowed firewall access in McAfee, restarted after downloading, ran windows 10 install troubleshooter, and tried another hub copy. I click on the installer and allow it to make changes to the hard drive and then nothing happens. Also looked for RL_******** token files in registry but do not have. Not sure what else to try.
The issue was resolved with support suggesting incomplete windows updates. Loaded in a new copy of windows and all installed well. Thank you.
