Issue 8719
after 8.02 update IC8 and CC4 still crashing after loading any character and props crashing programs also.
I Just updated IC8 and CC4 to patch 8.02. both programs continue to crash when any character is loaded ! Weather the character is native to the new program versions, or older from versions 3. I run on Windows 7 Pro, with a GTX 1080ti and CC3 and IC7 work flawlessly. I sure do hope that future updates will make IC8 and CC4 usable at all on my system. Right now I can't even begin to work! Props will load in IC8 but if I try and apply materials etc. IC8 Crashes! Perhaps it's a windows 7 pro issue that needs specific attention? As I have a friend that is on windows 10 and he is not having the same problems. Please look into this. Thanks

Since I updated Character Creator 4 and Iclone 8 to the latest versions 4.2 and 8.2, I also experience this error which didn´t happen with the previous versions.

Mostly when I load a a new project, a character or a prop into the scene the programs just shut down without an error message.
And when I restart the programs there is autosaved file anymore. I then have to start all over again because I don´t save my progress all the time.

I already contacted Reallusion Support. The solution they provided was to try temp file removal, uninstall and reinstall both programs from the hub and update the graphics driver. All solutions didn´t work.

I'm having the exact same issue as yours. I'm on Windows 11, running the latest versions of CC4 (v.4.2) and IC (v.8.2) as well.
The hardware is basically I7 13700K, RTX 3090 and 128GB RAM DDR5.

It was working just fine some weeks ago. Then, all of a sudden, I'm having this crashes all the time and I can't even start using the software anymore. I've unistalled all of the Reallusion software I had installed, as well as plugins, add-ons and content purchased, I cleaned the OS registry, erased the folders, reinstalled, did some tinkering with the hardware, updated my drivers, reverted the update... I don't know what else to do.
