Win10 reliable crashes using skingen/appearance editor

CC3 crashes machine when using skin gen / appearance editor.
Always get this in windows issue report:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffff9189e1e2a010, 0xfffff80133a00a40, 0xffffffffc0000001, 0x0000000000000003). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 7b5f0196-093a-40a0-a472-8105c67f71d3.

Archived Memory.DMP (239MB) let me know if you want it.

Additional Clues:
Editing template example project SkinGenMakeUp inside makeup editor. Messing with brows.
Crash might coincide with mouse wheel zooming

Could you capture a screen video to show us what kind of steps can reproduce this issue?
You can upload the video to YouTube and attach the link in your next comment.

Also, when memory error dlg pop up, please go to Windows task manager, right click on CC3 and select create a dump file.
Please send that dump file to us, you can upload to cloud service such as Google Drive, and attach the download link in your next comment as well.
