Issue 3698
When sending character from IC7 or starting CC2 standalone "Failed to load file"
When sending character from IC7 or starting CC2 standalone "Failed to load file", I get a failed to load file error. I have IC7 and CC2 installed on two computers and they are properly registered on the website. I only work when connected to the internet. Any ideas on what is going on??

Did all of the above and it worked. I had installed this same driver. Thank you for showing me how to do the clean install. That fixed the problem. You can close this ticket. Thank you.

Thank you. I will try it and report back. Both programs work on Windows 8 compatibility mode. 
I already have this driver installed but didnt do a clesn install. I woll try it snd let u know...

Hi Pedrosura,

Could you try to perform a clean install of the NVIDIA driver,

download the lastest driver (win10 64bit, 388.71)
http://www.nvidia.com/content/DriverDownload-March2009/confirmation.php?url=/Windows/388.71/388.71-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe&lang=us&type=GeForce

and follow the steps in (custom ➔ perform clean install)
