When I try to open a prerecorded video on AccuFace, the program crashes. This was not an issue on the previous version.

When I try to open a prerecorded video, .mp4, on AccuFace, the program crashes. This was not an issue on the previous version of AccuFace.

OS: Windows 11

Im facing the same issue with Accuface v 1.01 on video file mode with IClone v 8.53. This was not an issue in the previous version.

We’ve conducted tests on our end but were unable to reproduce the issue you described. To help us investigate further, we’d like to confirm the following:
1. Does this issue occur with all .mp4 files exported from the Windows Camera App?
2. Have you installed the latest version of the K-Lite Codec Pack for Windows 11?

If the issue persists after updating, we’d appreciate it if you could share one of the .mp4 files with us.

I used the Windows11 default camera app to record my webcam videos to .mp4 files. I found out that by converting videos I recorded from the Windows Camera App .mp4 to a .mp4 file using a separate video editor, it was able to work again without crashing. So there is something wrong with using the Windows Camera App that makes .mp4 videos crash on AccuFace.

To help us gather more complete details, please feel free to upload any files larger than 10MB to a cloud drive and set the sharing permissions to private to protect your privacy.
If possible, we would also appreciate it if you could provide the MP4 video that led to the crash. This would greatly assist us in identifying and resolving the issue.
