Water does not properly reflect opacity maps when sky is visible

As title says.

Sky is not visible (screenshot 1)

Open it. You'd see the girl's reflection in the water. Go ahead and turn the Sky ON and look at her hair and eyelashes.

And while you are at it, look at her shorts. This is an example of not properly fitted cloth on some characters, which started occur in the latest release.
