The program crashes when I double click a character to be placed on the stage. It does not matter if it's a CC, C6 or a C5 character. However, when a character is placed on the stage using the "drag and drop" method, the system does not crash. This does not happen when placing other items, such as props,tress on the stage.
Here are the specifications of my system:
CPU: intel[RJ Core(TMJ i7-2600K CPU@ 3.40GHz 3.70 GHz 16.0 GB Ram 64 bit OS
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition Total available graphics memory: 16375 MB Dedicated video memory: 8192 MB GDDR5 System video memory: 0 MB Shared system memory: 8183 MB

I updated my Nvidia driver to the latest version, 416.34 released 10/11/2018 and my Windows 10 is current ( v1803 OS build 17134.112).

I downloaded the file and followed the directions....however, this did not work because the file references CrazyTalk Animator and the problem is with iClone.

It works for me. What is your driver version?
I have found that in order to update my Nvidia driver, I also had to update first to to Windows 10 v1803.
