Issue 12417
Utilities/CR_FaceExpRig.RigVMMemory_Work:RigVMModel___DISPATCH_RigVMDispatch_ArrayIterator_Element
Hello,

I also encountered the same problem described here: Issue 12290 https://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Issue/Bug-Utilities-CR-FaceExpRig

The game won't pack in Unreal Engine 5.6 and 5.7. There are no problems in the editor itself, but the game won't pack, reporting an error: Game/CC_Shaders/Utilities/CR_FaceExpRig.RigVMMemory_Work:RigVMModel___DISPATCH_RigVMDispatch_ArrayIterator_Element'. FallbackStruct structure.

Through trial and error, I discovered that the error occurs if the model is exported from CC5 with a UE5 skeleton. There are no problems with a UE5 skeleton.

Here's what I did:

Created a new project in UE 5.7 - Third Person
Copied the Auto Setup plugin
Imported the model from CC5 with the UE5 skeleton
Placed the model into the game scene
After this, the project won't pack and will return an error

Hi Milton9294

Sorry that you’ve encountered this issue. We have already forwarded the problem to our internal team, and it is currently under investigation.

If possible, we would like to ask whether you could provide the project you are using, including the imported CC character. Additionally,

if you could help us by recording a short video showing your workflow, it would greatly assist us in identifying at which stage the issue occurs.

You may attach the files in your next reply.

If you prefer not to have them visible to other users, you can set the reply as a private comment.

But regarding what you said:

"Through trial and error, I discovered that the error occurs if the model is exported from CC5 with a UE5 skeleton. There are no problems with a UE5 skeleton."

Do you mean that the UE5 skeleton has no issues, or did I misunderstand your point? Or were you actually referring to using a UE4 skeleton?
