Occurrence: All files.

Procedure to reproduce bug:

Uncheck Transform Gizmo in preferences or Ctrl+Q.
Select an avatar.
Open the Edit Motion Layer panel.
Select a body part then select a translation or rotation.
Close/Exit Edit Motion Layer panel.
Transform gizmo has toggled to selected. Preferences does not indicated it to be checked.
To return to unchecked mode you have to toggle it on and then toggle it off or Ctrl+Q then Ctrl+Q.

It is very frustrating because instead of moving a prop you start moving the camera or nothing works because you still think you are in the unchecked Transform Gizmo mode.
