Smart Gallery not working

The Smart Gallery won't let me select anything from the content window (Project, Character, Hair etc). It gives no feedback when clicking on it, the same is true under both "Pack" and "Item". If I select from the thumb nails, I am able to select and open the files. Because of this, I can't try out things I don't already own. I have tried to reinstall the smart gallery multiple times.

OS: Windows 10

Hi billing_49,

We have identified this issue as a bug. It happens on systems with HID-compliant touch screen installed.
Please try to apply the following hotfix and see if it works.

1. Download the TouchScreenHotFix.zip: https://bit.ly/2vJna7I
2. Extract the downloaded file to your local drive.
3. Make sure iClone and CC are closed.
4. Double click on the batch file in the extracted folder to apply the hotfix
    iClone7: IC7ReplaceQtPlugin.bat
    CC3: CC3ReplaceQtPlugin.bat
