Editing the pose of a CC5 character inside of CC5 (e.g. moving the arm) takes less than 0.5 seconds to update. Using the same character in iClone and making a single adjustment / adding a keyframe to the pose takes around 1.5 seconds. In slightly more complex scenes even adding a single keyframe to a simple cube takes around 2 seconds.
Is this normal behaviour or are there ways to reduce the delay for adding keyframes in the timeline in iClone?
I tried to lower all the graphic settings, but it doesn't change anything. Playback works also fine and without any delay.
Hi Steven,
I can do that, but I just ran a test on another computer and it’s a lot faster there.
So I’m assuming it’s a compatibility issue between my graphics card and iClone? I tested it on an RTX 3060 with Intel i5-11400F (it ran fast).
It’s slow on an RTX 4090 laptop GPU with AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX.
And everything else runs really fast and without problems, except for iClone's keyframes.
