Slow Render with 2080 TI

I am just trying out IRAY rendering and the preview render takes a LONG time. I use Blender and have no issues (very fast) so I am wondering what the problem is with IRAY.

OS: Windows 10

Please help to check the Hardware Settings as the attached image. Is there any GPU information?

Also provide some tutorial video and web-page about the render tips, hope they will be helpful for you.
