I used to be able to quickly click and "unclick" item conditions in the Scene list. For example, switch the visiblity of an item off, and then back on again.
Now the Scene list scrolls or resets itself after every click, so the second time I click the entire contents of the Scene window has changed and I activate the wrong item.
Also, when adding a new Collection to the Scene list, often the new Collection doesn't wait for me to type in the new name. Instead, the Collection is instantly called "Collection" and my keystrokes meant to type the name instead activate random functions in the UI.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a project with many items in the Scene management window. Scroll down the list so that some of the topmost items are off screen. Click an item's condition (ie: visibility) in the list. After the click, the list jumps to a random item in the list instead of staying on the item you initially clicked.
