Same thing still occurring its slowing down my project and newly the morphs don't show up in ue4 no more.

Q1 Import issue:
Please send us one of your content that failed, we will try to see what is going on.
You can upload to cloud service such as Google Drive, OneDrive...
And attached the download link in your next comment.
Also, you can set as private comment if you want it.

Q2 Export issue:
Please download this zip file, and unzip it, then follow all the steps inside Readme.txt.
This will check if your program is missing files or had extra files.

After all, you can try to uninstall CC3 completely, and re-install it to see if the issue still exist.
