The morph targets that i talked about in the last post are not showing up in the modify panel anymore, i'm going need help with that too. They downloaded to the default folder - user>me>documents>template>cc3 template>avatarcontrol> i opened cc3 they're not there. I close cc3 copy them to location user>me>documents>custom>cc3 custom>avatarcontrol> opens back up cc3 they still not there
Yes i bought them off the store the Tokyomotion is the creator.. But can you tell me why the morph targets aren't showing up in ue4 nor 3ds max?
Sorry I missed this issue! Have you import your fbx to Maya? Currently, there's a known issue, once import fbx to Maya, Maya will auto rename its mesh name, so when you export fbx from Maya will lost the Morph Target data. (Like attached image.) To fix this issue, you can rename mesh name manually, like second attached image, then you should get a correct fbx that remain Morph Target data! Hope this answer will help! Calvin Reallusion.
Hi edorseey03, Sorry for the late reply, after I pass your project to our Dev team. It showed that this project got some wrong data inside, so CC3 pop up message : Failed to load the file. We'll try to see if there have process enhancement that we can work on it. Also, when I import your project into my CC3, it pop up message that showed I was missing two of slider's DRM. So i don't know if i ran it right but the file comparison says - system error code execution cannot proceed and the following .Dll files missing and to reinstall may fix this problem.... Vcruntime140D.dll urctbased.dll MSVCP104D.dll Now i don't know if thats whats missing from my CC3 or thats what's missing to run the program you provided but i put it in the folder that was on the readme got those errors and put it inside the CC3 folder and got them same errors.
Update - So after i got the program back working i tried deleting the reg key again to see if that would fix the load and export issue. Now Other than the fbx menu being too long to see the all the options (had to temp resize my display) I'm only having the issues with 2 of my characters all the others opened and exported with no issues. The one i sent you and a character i probably wont even use has the export and loading file issue.
Ok so i got the program back opening up thanks for the link to that post, now the previous issues are still here regarding loading a project file, exporting to fbx or obj (previous pics uploaded) and yes i have no problem letting you guys connect remotely. I'm on EST. and available from noon to 6pm any day of the week and free all weekend

downloaded and installed c++ 2015 then deleted the reg folder and it STILL won't open, I just don't get how one small update caused this many issues I appreciate the help Its going on 3 weeks im so behind its ridiculous.
Hi edorseey03, This error is because your computer is missing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. You can download it through this Microsoft download page : https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145 But never mind, you can forget this tool though, I just want to make sure your CC3 program is all correct.
