Reallusion HUB
It seems the installation crashed when installing and the HUB hasn't been configured to have access to the internet. I've tried to uninstall, but I keep getting and there is a newer version installed error. How can I uninstall manually?

Hi ahmeepro,

1. It seems the installation of crashed when installing and the HUB hasn't been 
configured to have access to the internet.

Open the Registry Editor by hitting Start and typing “regedit.” Press Enter to open Registry Editor and give it permission to make changes to your PC. Delete the following files: RLCheckList、RLReToken、RLToke (Path: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reallusion)

2. I've tried to uninstall, but I keep getting and there is a newer version installed error. How can I uninstall manually?

Please provide your Log file and DxDiag file to help us identify the problem.

To get the DxDiag file:
1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>.
2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
4. Save "DxDiag.txt".

To get the Log file:
C:\Users\(UserName)\Documents\RLLauncher.log
