Prop Puppet ignores parent transform when animating child object
Currently, when Prop Puppet is used to animate a child object, the position and orientation of the parent object seems to be ignored. For example:
1) Create 2 primitives, Parent and Child. 2) Attach Child to Parent. 3) Animate Parent moving across the screen. Note that Child follows, as expected. 4) Select Child and activate Prop Puppet. 5) Go to Advanced, deselect Rotate and Scale (leaving Move selected), and choose Local. 6) Press Preview, and note that Child no longer follows Parent (despite the fact that Local is enabled).
It would be useful to be able to use Prop Puppet to animate an object within the coordinate space of its parent object.
