Issue 12668
Private Create Morph Sliders Randomly Enter "Need Pack" State During Normal Editing
Summary
Custom morph sliders created with Create Morph Slider eventually begin displaying the "Need Pack" status despite never being intended for Marketplace distribution.

Observed behavior
- Sliders are created locally.
- Used only in private projects.
- No Marketplace submission attempted.
- After some period of editing, the project begins reporting Need Pack.
- Documentation states the solution is Marketplace packaging.
- While investigating a separate silent morph baking issue, I observed that forced baking has so far only occurred on projects that have entered the Need Pack state. I do not yet know whether these issues are causally related, but the correlation has been consistent during my testing.

Questions
- Is this expected?
- What triggers this "need pack" state?
- Is there a supported workflow for private custom sliders?
- How is the Need Pack state removed without Marketplace distribution?

Additional notes
This issue has been documented and worked through "support channels" with support technician Rampa over the past weeks and I have been recommended to elevate the issue through the feedback tracker.
