Popvideo 3 files wont open in iclone- latest install

I am able to generate popvideo files in CrazyTalk animator 4 pipeline and yet it says “load video error” in iclone 7, ( latest edition on all software.)

I also have popvideo 3 and tried generating the popvideo file from there and importing to iclone... no go.
Same “load video error”

Why?! 8/20/19

IDEA:

I also don’t see a way to crop the video to just be the size of the item instead the whole screen... but that is for another day of suggestions...

I did generate small popvideo files from both animator 4, and load them and also generated them from popvideo 3.  I was able to “apply” them to a prop- like any other video file can be- with drag and drop.  But it will not import, and only shows the errror. And it has to be  on a prop -such as a 3d circle... it wont come in as a stand alone.

I cant upload it yet, but will try to in future ... I tried several times with different popvideo files...

I can load popvideo in iClone. Please provide your popvideo file to help us identify the problem. Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. 
You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.

If you want to just the size, you can right-click popvideo, drag into iClone as Image Layer, hope it will help you.
