PopcornFx SDK 1.13.0

If I load an unaltered pkfx into Iclone it works fine. If I save that file in the latest editor, or create a new one it will not load into Iclone.

"Runtime below v1.13 will not be able to load 1.13 effects, make sure you upgrade your runtime / plugins as well before switching to this version."

The PopcornFX runtime used in iClone is v1.12, so currently it will not load pkfx saved by v1.13.
We will work on this issue, but for now, please use v1.12 to save pkfx if you want to use it in iClone.
