Path error in IC8.4
same issue as in CTA5.21 and CC44 on windows 7.

IC84 expecting wrong path for pack thumbnails, see blue marked image and also

I am pretty much shure this is a syntax error in the IC8 code which consists of an incampatible URL encoding which WIN7 can not handle. When you look at the third picture, youll discover a %5C instad of a \. If this was a Win7 error \ would be replaced with %5C in general. Appearing on a specific position of the url stronly points to a wrong encoded url on the developer side. On that specific url position they are using "%5C" instead of "\" which Win7 cant handle. It should be "\" , not "%5C". Strange that you had the same error on win10. One explanation may be a faulty dll thats responsible for the url decoding, but to blame this dll would be the wrong way to fix this. Proper uniform coding is more professional. Your right, this should be investigated.

I have had the same issue and had to jump through many hoops to fix it (basically uninstalling and reinstalling all content). Now I know what the problem was. It only happens to some users but it should still be looked at.
