Not exporting eye look-at animation
Hi Reallusion team,

I just completed a test animation and exported an FBX for importing into Blender. Everything came through just fine with the exception of the animation for the eyes. I'd set the eyes to lock onto the camera but in Blender they're all over the place. I've done some research but can't seem to find any answers.

Please help!

Molly,

Can we get that hotfix? We're in a bind here.

Yes, I do urgently need the ability to export complete animations including eyes. I have 7 scenes to get through for a February debut at a large event

This is a HUGE issue. I have reported it on Feedback Tracker, to Technical Support and also in the Forum. If you animate a character with either "look at camera" or "pick target" selected, the animation will look fine in iClone, but if you export the animation to FBX (or even try to save the animation to a Motion Plus), the eyes badly malfunction. The eyes jiggle, shudder and look in wrong directions. THIS IS A BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Here is a link to my YouTube video demonstrating this malfunction:

And yes, I used the bake constraint key option. Having FBX export capabilities is one of the reasons that I purchased iClone and certainly the only reason I purchased 3DXchange. Please fix this bug ASAP, thank you.

Hi FiresideFilms,

Thanks for your Feedback.
Did you try to activate the "bake constraint key" function?
You can find it in Animation/Motion Setting Option.
