"New Folder" Option is missing

Hi, the option to create a "New Folder" in the Custom library is missing from the drop-down menu, as shown in the attached screenshot.

OS: Windows 8.1

Hi,
You can choose any category such as Actor >> human and right-click the space. Therefore, you can click Add a subfolder.
