I had just submitted a ticket explaining how Motion Live in iClone 8.33 was not working even after a reinstall even though it had worked before. I thought it was strange when closing iClone the dialog box indicating all servers would be disconnected appeared. This made me think to change the screen resolution of my computer and the Motion Live dialog box appeared!
For what it is worth -- because I had seen this ticket scenario in the forums going back five years -- please recommend an ideal screen resolution for Motion Live. I hope this helps anyone who has encountered the same issue and was stumped. Thank you and thanks for making great products!
