I have been unable to export modified eye materials to fbx or alembic. The eyes just export to default. Having the same problem in cc5 and cc4. You will notice the pupil size is different in iclone and when i export it and open with cinema 4d, the pupils are huge and the iris is different.

The difference is because in CC, you adjusted the pupil size using the Human Shader. However, when exporting the FBX to C4D, the Shader parameters don't get transferred over, and only the original textures are included. So the pupil size appears differently.
Unfortunately, C4D does not yet have a plugin that can automatically link these parameters. But Blender and 3ds Max have Auto Setup, which can automatically link most of the character parameters from CC. If needed, you can export the FBX to those programs.
