Hi duartetinta, I hope you are doing well! I am writing to share a quick update regarding the mesh distortion issue you reported when your character blinks. Our development team recently identified and fixed a known bug that sounds very similar to your situation (specifically, mesh distortion occurring when eyelashes are applied to characters with Subdivision turned on during blinking). This fix has been included in our latest update. Could you please update Character Creator to version 5.07 and check if your issue is now resolved? If the distortion is gone, please let us know so we can close this ticket! However, if the issue still occurs in v5.07, we would still really need your .ccProject file to investigate your specific setup. We look forward to hearing your results. Best regards, Kayla Reallusion
Hi,duartetinta
Thank you for providing the video. We can see the distortion issue clearly, but we need to investigate your character settings and workflow to determine the root cause.
Could you please assist us with the following:
1. Update to the Latest Version Please ensure you have updated Character Creator to v5.05. Since this version includes several stability and mesh-related fixes, please test if the issue persists after the update.
2. Provide Detailed Reproduction Steps To help us reproduce the issue, could you describe how this character was created?
Was it created from a standard CC base, or imported via Transformer/Headshot?
Did you use the "Avatar Mixer" tool to create or blend this character?
Did you modify the mesh in external software (e.g., ZBrush, Blender) and bring it back?
Specifically, what changes did you make to the Eye_Blink morph that triggered this?
3. Provide the Character File Please share the character file (.ccAvatar or .ccProject) with us so we can analyze the mesh data directly.
Please upload the file to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and share the link.
Important Note on Privacy: To protect your data, please set your reply as a "Private Comment" if you do not want other users to access your file.

Reallusion Hi duartetinta, I’m writing to follow up on the mesh distortion issue you reported. Have you had a chance to update to Character Creator v5.05 to see if that resolves the problem? If the issue persists, could you please provide the character file and the reproduction steps requested in my previous message? We need to analyze your specific character settings to identify the root cause, but we haven't received the files yet. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Kayla Reallusion
