Hi Reza, We have identified the cause of the cstData error. Our analysis shows that the necessary Constraint data is missing from your exported file. This typically occurs when the export target is not set correctly. Solution: When exporting from Character Creator, please ensure the Target Tool Preset is set to "Maya" (as shown in the attached screenshot). Please follow these steps: 1. Open the Export FBX window. 2. Select "Maya" from the Target Tool Preset dropdown. 3. Re-export the character and retry the Auto-Setup in Maya. If you are still facing the same error after using the Maya preset, please record a short video of your Export Settings so we can further investigate. Best regards, Kayla Reallusion
Hi koulanaj, First of all, please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed response. I can confirm that we have received the Google Drive files and the video you provided. Thank you for sharing them. We have successfully downloaded the files and have passed them to our development team. They are currently investigating the Maya plugin face rig issue and the UI behavior on different monitor resolutions based on your data. We will get back to you as soon as we have a concrete finding. Best regards, Kayla Reallusion

Hi koulanaj Thank you for reaching out and providing the detailed error logs. Regarding the MayaAttributeError and the material issue you are experiencing, we suspect it might be related to how the character data is being read in the scene, especially since we noticed a namespace (exp04:) in your error log. However, we cannot be certain without reproducing the issue on our end. Could you please provide the following files for us to investigate? 1. The Maya Project file (.ma or .mb) where this error occurred. 2. The original exported FBX file of the character from Character Creator. Please upload these files to a cloud service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) and share the link with us. Please make sure to mark your reply as "Private" to keep your project files confidential. Also, thank you for pointing out the discrepancy between the installation document and the YouTube video. We will forward this to our documentation team for review. Kayla Reallusion
