License suddentyl restricted, CC4 and iClone no longer startable!
Hello Support Team,

I have completely uninstalled the Reallusion Hub and all Reallusion products, removed all remaining files and registry entries, restarted my PC, and then reinstalled the Hub and iClone. During this process, both my firewall and antivirus software were disabled.

After downloading and installing iClone through the Hub, my iClone license is now restricted and can no longer be activated.

Since everything worked perfectly before, I suspect the issue is on your side, likely server-related.

Please check this matter and restore the activation of my iClone license, as well as my CC4 license and all other products I have purchased, as soon as possible.
Checking the network with the network tool in hub's menu shows that everything is okay!
