Iray Preview rendering is a lot slower now
Iray Preview rendering is a lot slower now.
In the past when I do 20 frames, it takes 3-4 seconds. now it take 15-30 seconds.

Also, can a minimize button be added to the Iray Preview rendering screen?

All I do is when the project is loaded, do is open the preview, and set it to 20 frames
so I can see the preview for Iray.

then while it's open, scrub in the player, so you go to a different frame (if it let you) . do that several times. (then it will not let you)
since it's still trying to preview.

Even if you just do the iray preview.. it takes 18 / 19 seconds for it to complete (see the logs) I posted in the forum ( 7.7 issues) and here in another ticket I think.
In the forum, some noticed that there were less lights in the logs as well. (since I saw that there are issues with lights from what I was reading on the forum)

I went back to 7.61 and that's where it only takes 6 seconds with the same settings and I can just scrub over the player to a different frame, and it updates right away in the preview.

so the issue is really happening with 7.7

My system is

Asus ROG laptop. I7 2650 Mhz, 64 Gb Ram, 1070 GTX video.
