Installation installs shelf but shelf encounters error when launching and refuses to launch
I am working in Maya 2025 on a I9 Alienware beast with 64 gigs of ram.
I am trying to install your CC setup for Maya. 2024 did not install at all. I got the shelf installed in 2025 but returns an import error - line 4 bad magic number in autosetup main.

Please go to the official Reallusion website (or Reallusion Hub) to download the installer again.
We now provide specific versions for Maya 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Please ensure you select and download the installer specifically for "Maya 2025".
