If smart gallery is installed (for CC3 - works fine in iClone), CC3 starts up and is not responding forever

1. Open CC3
2. Never happens since CC3 is hanging ...

I have installed and uninstalled but remains the same.

CC3 works without Smart Gallery installed.

iClone works just fine with smart Gallery installed.

OS: Windows 10

Thanks for your feedback.
There's some application freezing issue due to dock behavior with multiple displays, here's some workaround:
1. Try to disable your extended monitor(ref: https://itstillworks.com/switch-dual-monitor-single-1209.html)
2. Open IC/CC and close it to makes IC/CC always open in the main monitor
3. Enable your extended monitor back.
4. Avoid to dock Smart Gallery panel when using IC/CC
