Iclone keeps on "Failed to record" pop menu
Hi i dont know what it is but Iclone keeps on popping "Failed to record" for every move i make..its unproductive. whats your advice thanks.

No problem so far this morning with the failed undo :)

iClone has the same error now :(

Could the problem be some connection between Smart Gallery and the software. Can some antivirus or something else stops it from connecting?

One day I started the programs and the smart gallery was gone.

I need this fix ASAP as it is affecting my production :( Please help...

Something is going on, this morning I started CC3 and it said:

'Failed to initial Smart Gallery, local database not connected. Please contact Reallusion Support, error = 6'

I restarted the program 3 times and than  I even restarted my comp. Still saying no gallery :(

Yes it worked fine before. 

I uninstalled both iClone and CC3 and re installed them to no avail. This morning I uninstalled Both Gallery and reloaded them and still can see my Gallery :(

What is Error 6????

Did Smart Gallery work before?
And do you still get this message now?
If so, please try to uninstall Smart Gallery then install it back via Reallusion Hub to make sure you get the match version of both application.

After reinstalling Smart Gallery, please check whether it work or not.

I am having the same problem, it says : Failed to record undo etc...
