CC4.63 also exhibits issues: "Compared to CC4.62, loading actors (especially heavy ones with clothing) takes over three times longer (more than 2 minutes)." "In CC4.62, subsequent loads became fast, but in CC4.63, every load takes as long as the first one." This suggests a possible connection.
