Headshot 3 AI Image Generator Error – Unable to Detect Facial Landmarks
I purchased Headshot 3 and used the AI Image Generator to create [HEAD] (Front and Side) and [BODY], but every time I press [GENERATE], the following error appears.
This issue occurs regardless of whether I create a Japanese or Western character, so please fix this as soon as possible.
I have purchased the plugin and am also consuming points, so it is a serious problem that errors occur and the plugin is essentially unusable.
The following message is displayed:
"[ Failed to detect facial landmarks in the reference image. Please ensure the human face is clearly visible and well lit. ]"
OS: Windows 11

I have selected "Console Log" from the Script menu and attached a screenshot of the console log panel.

I also closed Character Creator and ran "install_package.bat" by double-clicking it, but the issue still persists.

My computer can generate a list. Let's confirm it in a different way.

Please Open Character Creator 5 Program folder from Reallusion Hub,and check for Packages: Confirm whether the mediapipe and opencv folders exist within that directory.

Can you capture a picture of console log panel after generating character ?

Then Capture a picture about OpenPlugin Folder.You can open Character Creator program path in Reallusion Hub as following.

I'm sorry for your bad experience.We can't repeat it. Can you help us identify the problem?

Step1:
Please go to Scrpit menu adn choose Console Log, then capture a picture about Console Log panel and attach it in your next comment.

Step2:
Close Character Creator, then double-click install_package.bat.

Step3：
Try to Generate Character.
