Headshot 2 eye issue
Hi there, so I have repeatedly bumped into the same issue when attaching to body from headshot. My mesh in headshot looks like I want it to, but then when it attaches to the body, the eyes go nuts and polys appear and ruin the model. I've had it many times now, and it's not there in my original model. If there was a way to just say - use default mode eyes (which is what I thought clone was doing) then it would fix the worst of the problem, but even using smooth 100% on the eyes you still get it. I'll attach some screen shots for reference. I've had it with 4 different characters, and perhaps 20 projections. It's making the program unusable for me.

Hello I've gone through the process again from scratch and saved out the  Refine Mesh panel, along with the project and screenshots of the result, which is the same as every other time I've tried. Can we please come up with a way to address the issue in a timely manner or refund my purchase please? 

This has been going on since February 3rd and it's now April 28th with no solution and the only thing that's been said is that it works for you and not me, which isn't helpful. I've tried multiple heads, multiple times and they all have the same issue. Please can we get on a call or a video chat and fix this, or can I have my money back as the product doesn't work as advertised. Thank you.

It's fine for me.Can you save project in REFINE MESH panel and provide for us?Maybe the align points or sculpting mesh are not good enough.
