Further optimizing needed for merging of exported items.
Hello,

I really love your software, however using it creates a ton of extra work!

I would like to suggest further export and processing options for meshes/textures/UVs/Materials and whatnot.

Currently if I am exporting out a character for use in Unity, for a game character and not a background npc, I am exporting out a character with a lot of extra work needed before it can be used.

Here is what I get with a character exported when trying to go into Unity (for example):

12 objects
23 materials
44 textures

What I usually need is clothing and even skin/nails on one map set
Hair and other transparency on another map set
I can envision even having a 3rd texture set for things like the tear ducts, eyes,teeth,tongue, etc.

To make matters worse, having to deal with blend shapes creates a huge logistical nightmare and 1-2 days of additional work just to get a character game ready. Unless I am missing something Maya does not like deleting parts of blendshape models, stuff tends to break.

What I would like to do is to be able to have your software pack as many objects/UVs into single meshes, and have the combined objects textures to be rebaked. It would go a long way to making the output your software provides working directly out of the box.
