Freeze and crash

I'm loading simple scenes into iclone 7 (Warlords's space background, several free planets, and reallusion sun. As soon as I scroll or try to drag another item into the scene, the darn thing locks up and crashes. Anybody got any suggestions?

I got Win 10, GTX 1080, I7 7700K, 64 GB Memory, etc.

I'm not super tech savvy so if you start talking techie please dumb it down. I bought the spec's that a support person from Reallusion suggested. Last thing I expected was this darn super computer to crash.

Previously we can not reproduce this issue, later we found that it could be caused by a ROV defect in recent versions of nVidia GTX 9 & 10 series display drivers.
We can only bypass this error for now, but there are still a few cases that cannot be solved.

If you are using GTX 9/10 series display card and having the following issues in iClone 7:
* Freezing issue while rendering video.
* Crash caused by Billboards contents.

Please do the following steps for the workaround:
1. Download this zip file:

2. Unzip, and run the IC-7-Rov-OFF.reg to turn off the ROV feature in iClone.
3. Restart iClone.

Please let us know if the issue can be solved by turning off the ROV.

We will update iClone to avoid the crash caused by ROV issue in next patch.

Hey, 

I think I might have figured the problem,  The Reallusion free Sun in the market place store might be the cause of my three day head ache.  Could you input it into your software and see if you get the same issue?   You might need to put in Warlords's free space globe too to recreate my results.  I decided to test every prop in my scene and the free Sun froze up every time.    

If this is the case, do you have a tutorial on how to create a Sun that would work for ic7 7.2 without issue?   I assume everything offered and sold in the Market Place and Content Store has been tested to work with iclone.  Please advise.
