In the "Preference Section" → "Real Time Render Options" Is "TAA" (Temporal Anti-aliasing) ON in this case ? If it was on, does turning OFF helps ?
Does this material has any Displacement map or Normal map ? If so, does flicker happen if they are removed ?
It seems that the PhysX bounding wireframe is too close to the original mesh, but I am not quite sure.
Could you provide the simple project that could repeat this issue ?

To get the DxDiag file:
1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>.
2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
4. Save "DxDiag.txt".
