Hi nikita12ambraskar, We are unable to reproduce the issue without the source file. Could you please upload the .iProject file or provide the valid download link? Also, please try upgrading your iClone from v8.65 to v8.7 via the Reallusion Hub. Version 8.7 fixes many known issues regarding file loading.
