Steps: export any character - even the default one (FBX clothed character) with InstaLOD "remesher" or "Merge Materials" option checked, I get an error - "process polygon reduction failed, please try again". Exporting the same character without the above options checked works fine (no error).
I uninstalled completely all your software, even Reallusion Hub. I even manually checked the registry to make sure there was nothing left. I also tried installing on different partitions (C - the default path and on my custom partition).

Hi guys,
I think i solved the issue in my case.
CC3 temporary operations and cache seem to be very sensitive to path format.
In CC3/Edit/Preferences, check your paths for Temp folder and Cache folder. Try to have the cleanest path as you can (without any space, number, period etc...). That fixed the problem for me.
Hope that helps,
