Steps: export any character - even the default one (FBX clothed character) with InstaLOD "remesher" or "Merge Materials" option checked, I get an error - "process polygon reduction failed, please try again". Exporting the same character without the above options checked works fine (no error).
I uninstalled completely all your software, even Reallusion Hub. I even manually checked the registry to make sure there was nothing left. I also tried installing on different partitions (C - the default path and on my custom partition).
Please find below my PC hardware & software, in case it's important: Windows 10 NVIDIA Studio Driver 442.92 MB: MSI Z370-A PRO RAM: 16GB G.Skill DDR4 Proc: Intel Core i7 8700K GC: 6GB Palit GeForce GTX 1060

1. There' s no problem with polygon reduction. The bug pops up only if I want to export any FBX character and the InstaLOD option is enabled (it doesn't matter if it's set to "Remesh" or "Merge Maretial (UV)" then a bug occurs
2. I tried this as well. And I got "iAvatar has failed to export"

1. Could you try Polygon Reduction to see if the same issue happen?
Please select any cloth on avatar, then go to Toolbar and find InstaLOD, select Polygon Reduction and execute it to see if this function work.
2. Export iAvatar can also use Remesher function, could you try this one as well?
