Face Fitting Editor crashes every time I try to load a New Actor

I try to create a New Actor. I get two steps in and as soon as I add the Face Fitting Editor the program crashes. On all five PCS on which it is installed.

To help us identify the problem, please provide the image file that you used to create the new actor, and the system information files from at least two PCs if the system configuration of your 5 PCs are different.
