FBX Export Error

What it says on the tin.

Sometimes I can succesfully export the same file but most times there is an error.

I need to export using blender or maya settings for me to contine my pipeline in blender to eventually create a glb.

Why is it causing an error? iclone 7 never had this issue.

OS: Windows 11

Hi there

Yes I've been using the current version v8.21.1421.1 since it came out.

I'm hoping v8.22 fixes this problem.

Thanks for your feedback! 
We have fixed the related issue in iClone v8.21. 
Have you updated your iClone yet? 
If not, please upgrade to the latest version and try exporting the file again to see if the issue still exists.

I found the issue..  its the mouth open as morph option which is causing the export to fail.

I hope it can be repaired because I need that function
