I will do that. So do you have any idea of at least a way around this? You guys software wasnt cheap and this kinda sucks having to use a (what could be) a broken product. What about this, would sending my character into blender and then into unreal be a work around?

Dear Casey,

Thank you for contacting Reallusion.

Please put that into our Feedback Tracker, so it gets into our bug database:

https://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/MyNew

Also inquire in our forums if any other have seen this issue. It is not something I have seen before. Ask in the UE4 auto-setup thread:

Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.

I tried doing that and it did not work. No matter what character I export into unreal, that happens every time.

Dear Casey,

Thank you for contacting Reallusion.

Is there an animation attached to that character in the FBX export panel? If there is, try exporting with no animation. Please also check the file in another viewer to determine if the export or the import caused the issue. If you have no animations, then you can just un-check the animation box when you import into UE5, to make sure there are none.

Please also make sure to use the latest auto setup version (1.24) here:

Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
