​Example of a max auto setup issue
This is an error example I prepared. Open and run the "autosetup--create rig" function for the biped, and you’ll see the reversed foot bone. By the way, the 10MB size limit is quite strict—external platforms can handle at least 25MB.

I have the same issue. The right foot is reversed. I reported this issue like an year ago.

Which version of 3ds Max Auto Setup are you using? I used 3ds Max Auto Setup 2025 to create a Biped, and everything looks normal.

Can you provide the FBX file you are using? You can attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
