Issue 6408
Error and can't do anything in my character creator application
i try to open my character creator application many times. and i don't know why i always get notification "Failed to load the file". I also try to reinstall this application 3 times and nothing change. Please help me because my work deadline is near..

can someone help me? and the modify pop up in issue 3 pict can't be close.
OS: Windows 10

Hi siji.solusidigital,

Please move to this folder location if you installed CC3 to default location before. ( C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Program\Assets\Creator )
You will see a Default.ccProject, please copy it to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\CharacterCreator\3.0\CCContentManager, and rename as "DefProject.ccProject".
Then, please try to launch CC3 again to see if it's work.

If still not working, here is the description about how to get your system information file. (It only collect your hardware information and Reallusion's product registry profile)

unfortunately, there is not "DefProject.ccproject" on my CC ContentManager folder..... what should i do?

Thank you for your feedback.

Please try the following steps to restore default project:
1. move to folder location: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\CharacterCreator\3.0\CCContentManager
2. find the project file "DefProject.ccproject" in this folder, and delete it
3. open character creator 
Please let me know if it works.
